I came for Discovery Day. I couldn't believe how friendly, and open and sharing and helpful the Sandler people were. And I said, 'You know what? This feels like me. I love helping people grow, become more professional, make more money and get the results... and get their dreams.' And that's what this business is all about.... helping people get their dreams. The biggest surprise to me, in joining Sandler, after all those years in corporate America, was really the helpfulness of the staff at headquarters, the other franchisees, and anybody connected with the network.
