CEO and President of Sandler
David H. Mattson
Dave Mattson oversees the corporate direction and strategy for the company’s global operations including sales, marketing, consulting, alliances and support. His key areas of focus are sales leadership, strategy and client satisfaction.
Under Mattson's leadership, the Sandler organization expanded domestically and internationally to over 250 offices in 27 countries around the world. He added numerous program offerings to Sandler’s training portfolio, including Enterprise Selling, Leadership, and Customer Service programs, along with Sandler Certification, the first measurable, skills-based sales certification in the industry.
Vice President, Franchise Development
Ronald E. Taylor
Ron Taylor has been Vice President, Franchise Development since January 2008. From April 1992 until January 2008, he was Director of Franchising.
Director, International Operations and Franchising
Kevin J. O’Connor
Kevin O’Connor joined Sandler as a franchise owner in 2002 after being a client from 1995. In 2007 he joined the Global Accounts team as Global Accounts Director. In 2011, Kevin was appointed Director, International Operations and Franchising.

Stephen L. Howell
Steve Howell has been Vice President, Franchise Operations since July 2005. From February 2001 until July 2005, he was Director of Operations.

Rachel Miller has been Vice President, Communications and Publications since April 2010. From December 1996 until April 2010, she was Director of Marketing.

Brian W. Sullivan
Brian Sullivan has been Vice President, Sandler Enterprise Selling since June 2014. From October 2012 until June 2014, he was Vice President, Global Implementation.
Senior Vice President, Corporate Training
Steve Hall has been Senior Vice President, Corporate Training since February 2019.

Margaret Stevens Jacks, Esq.
Margaret Stevens Jacks, Esq. joined Sandler Training in 1993. She has been Executive Vice President, Legal and Administration since February 2009.
Vice President, Legal and Assistant Secretary
Shannon Haaf Howell, Esq.
Shannon Haaf Howell, Esq. has been Vice President, Legal since December 2017. From October 2006 until December 2017, she was General Counsel. In addition, Shannon has been Assistant Secretary since March 2007.
Vice President, Finance and Director
Tony Gostomski joined Sandler in 1998. He has been Vice President, Finance since January 2008, and a Director since October 2007.
